The Georgian Heart Failure Association(GHFA) was founded in 2015 in Tbilisi, Georgia and currently has 709 active members. GHFA is a multidisciplinary Non Profit organization working to improve and expand heart failure care through collaboration, education, research, innovation, and advocacy.

Aims of the Society:

To enhance the professional and scientific knowledge of therapy and prevention of Heart Failure in Georgia.
GHFA is a formal society of the Georgian Medical Association, and acts as a formal representative of the Heart Failure community in Georgia as recognized by its scientific committee.

GHFA is a formal member of:

European Society of Cardiology (ESC)

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It is with great pleasure and honor that we invite you to attend the 5th Annual Tbilisi Global Heart Failure Summit, taking place from October 9–11, 2025, in the beautiful city of Tbilisi, Georgia.

This year’s summit marks a significant milestone – five years of bringing together distinguished cardiovascular experts, heart failure specialists, internists, cardiac surgeons, researchers, fellows, and medical professionals from across Georgia, the Caucasus region, and around the world.

Under the theme “5 Years of Regional Impact & International Collaboration,” the summit will offer a rich scientific program focused on the latest advances in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of heart failure of all etiologies, with special attention to comorbidities, innovations, and practical approaches in both inpatient and outpatient care.

We are proud to welcome an internationally renowned faculty, whose knowledge and experience will enrich this academic platform and strengthen our collective commitment to excellence in cardiovascular health.
